Kamryn came home on Sunday September 4th.
Kobe was at Aunt Lacy's. Kennedy was at our friend, Jenni Callister's and Kade was at Uncle Shane and Aunt Robin's house.
They were all so nice to keep the kids an extra night so that we could have one night to get some sleep and rest before everyone was home.
Monday was Labor day so there was no school. So it was nice to not have to worry about schedules and getting the kids out the door for school.
Our first night home was very quiet and relaxing. I was in a lot of pain so it was nice to sleep in my own bed and be in the comfort of my own home.
The next day, on Monday the kids came home to meet their new baby sister.
It was love at first sight for all of them.
They were mesmerized.
They could not get enough of her and wanted to hold her or touch her constantly.
At first it was a little overwhelming, but it was great to see them so in love with their baby sister.
Kennedy is what we expected.
The perfect big sister.
I could not have asked for a better helper and little "mom" than Kennedy.
She loves Kamryn so much and does so much for her and me.
She really is Kamryn's second mom.
Sometimes I don't know what I would do without Kennedy.
Kade is also a great big brother.
He is very good at entertaining Kamryn and sitting and talking with her to help her from crying.
He is also always willing to get me diapers or wipeys or whatever else I just might need.
I was worried at first how he would react to Kamryn since he has been the baby for so long but it has never been a problem.
He can not get enough of her and just loves her to pieces.
He loves to hold her and snuggle with her.
Kobe surprised us the most with how much he loves and adores Kamryn.
He definitely is her protector and always wants to see how she is doing and to make her laugh.
There have been some very precious moments between Kobe and Kamryn that I hope to remember forever.
He is so gentle and loving with her, it is so amazing to see.
He is a great big brother to her and such a good help to me.
It is official....we are a family of SIX!
