Some the many words that described our trip to the Polar Express
Waiting for the train to arrive

boarding the Polar Express

Finding our seats in car G
Ready to burst from so much excitement

Just like in the book, all the kids on board wore their pajamas

Catching glimpses of the snowy, night sky

personal deliveries

I am telling you this was the REAL Santa....he looked so good. Santa handed each kid a bell like in the story. In the story, if you believe in christmas than you can hear the bell ring.

While on the train we were served hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies specially made by Mrs. Clause, heard the story of the Polar Express, sang christmas carols, saw the North Pole out the train window, and personally handed wish lists to Santa himself. It was a magical memory that I know my kids will never forget.

To top it all off, IT SNOWED LIKE CRAZY!!!! While we were there it started to snow and never stopped. It supposedly snowed 2 feet that night. We almost got snowed in but decided to leave. It took us 3 1/2 hours to travel over the mountains, going 25 mph. But we made it home safe and sound and would do it all again! The snow made the whole experience even more memorable and magical.

Wow, how cool. Where did you go? Who does this? Is is something you have done before? My kids would totally love something like this, but I have never seen it up here. I guess that is one thing that you have down there that we don't have up here. It is usually the other way around! Love and miss you.

How Fun! I want to take our kids maybe next year. I was wondering if that was real snow in the pictures. What a magical experience.

Classic pictures of Kobe and Kade looking out the window with their reflections.

I'm glad you guys did it. So jealous that you got snow. Both times we've gone, it's been nice and we were wishing for the snow. It makes it just that much better.

I've always wanted to go. My kids are getting older and they probably wouldn't enjoy it as much. I'd still like to go, though. How fun!!!
