The BIG 30!

"OOHH!! IHOP! I am soooo suprised!" Justin's "pretend" suprise face

Yesterday Justin turned the big 30 and a we had a fun day celebrating it. Upon Kobe and Kennedy's request we blindfolded daddy and took him to IHOP for breakfast. Of course, Justin had NO IDEA where we were going:) The kid's loved blindfolding him, they thought it was the greatest thing leading the way for him. They also love IHOP's funny face pancakes, so that was an easy choice to take daddy for his birthday breakfast. Then later that night we went to Lucille's BBQ for dinner (Justin's choice) and returned home for some ice cream cake. Happy Birthday Justin! You have now entered the next decade of your life. Don't worry I am not too far behind you:(

Happy 30th Birthday Justin! What a fun day... I'm sure the kids loved blindfoldling him! Just curious... what did you eat at Lucille's? Since BBQ is one of your favorite foods!

Wow, I can't believe that Kade is standing! Jett just learned how to crawl. Looks like a fun way to celebrate a birthday! We need to get Jaylee and Kennedy together soon. Do you have her signed up for Lori Days dance class?

Happy Birthday, Justin! Tell Justin that I called Brian to remind him to call Justin to tell him Happy Birthday. So it's really ME that is the good friend. Ha Ha.

Now let's get down to business. Rach! we need to go shopping! I'm thinking next Monday or Tuesday would be great! Brian will be back in town and he said he would watch the kids while I got away. Let me know!

That picture with Justin and the two older kids is so precious. I love watching Chad interact with kids.

Is Justin in severe depression? Just joking! David turned 30 last year and it seemed a little monumental. It looks like you had a great day!

Yikes, this makes me feel old! We are next Rachel. Me and you are going down in a blaze of glory in January. Goodbye twenties, it's been nice ...

Thanks for your comment Rachie!!!
Though we've known this would all happen practically since the day we met, it is still exciting to begin the process of making it official! I'm so glad you had the opportunity to get to know him and that you approve! ;)

Justin's birthday looks like it was a lot of fun! Too cute that the kids blindfolded him! Adorable pics!!
